Hey, Welcome to LuckyMC! To ensure that we all have a safe and fun experience there are some rules you need to follow, make sure you read and understand them.
Use Common Sense. Staff Members may enforce rules which are not explicitly mentioned here. If you aren’t sure about anything, feel free to talk to use! The rules may be updated at any time. This will be announced, but it is your responsibility to check for any changes.
You may only use English in public chat. This includes the discord server, public game chat, Voice Channels, etc. This is to prevent users from breaking rules in those languages without anyone noticing.
You may not leak any private information of others or yourself and you may not ask other players for their private information. This also includes jokes and sending the information to the person whose info it is in private messages. This includes, but is not limited to log-in information, full name, IP addresses or IRL addresses.

If you wish to discuss anything deemed inappropriate or controversial, you may do so in private messages with the consent of the other person. This only applies for topics that might be controversial, but not for anything severely inappropriate or illegal.
Threatening to leak private information, issue a DDOS Attack, Death Threats, and other forms of harmful threats are not allowed.
You may not spam similar messages or unnecessary characters, flood chat by sending lots of messages in a short period of time, encourage others to spam, spam as a group or use automated actions/scripts to spam.
You may not advertise other servers, online communities, third-party websites, discord names/tags, social media. Also, you may not advertise any products or services not related to LuckyMC. Sending links which are not related to Minecraft in chat is also not allowed. If you want to advertise any video or stream related to LuckyMC, make sure to first ask a staff member. If a user asks for such information, you may send it in private messages.
Swearing is allowed as long as it’s not excessive.
Excessive toxic behavior or harassing others is not allowed. Be respectful.
You may not encourage others to self-harm or suicide. Wishing others to die, getting doxxed or DDoSed is not allowed. This also includes other harmful wishes involving IRL Actions.
Any form of hate speech or discrimination is not allowed. Do not use any derogatory slurs (e.g. saying the N-Word or using “gay” as a homophobic insult).
Do not impersonate other users, staff, media or anyone else.
Inappropriate capes, skins, usernames, nicknames, clan names, images, videos and other inappropriate content is not allowed. You may also not post any malicious content such as scam links, IP.
Gameplay that is not allowed, regardless of intent, includes but is not limited to:
You are allowed to stay AFK, but there are some restrictions to this.
You are allowed to just stand still and be sent to the AFK area automatically or you can type /afk. You may use /autoroll while being AFK.
Includes but is not limited to using glitches (examples: F11, alt+tab), modifications, bugs, third-party software, hardware, or objects such as tape or rocks on keys/buttons. Players found abusing such methods will be punished. A commonly used AFK Method is AFK-Mining which is NOT allowed.
You are allowed to have 5 Accounts (including your Main-Account) online at the same time. Having more than 5 Accounts online at the same time will result in a punishment.
If you see someone breaking the rules, report it to us in the #🎫│tickets channel. Intentionally falsely accusing others will result in a punishment of your own.
This includes, but is not limited to joining on other accounts or IP-Addresses, finding methods to bypass command restrictions or talking in one of the server chats #🔵│server-chat + #🟢│server-chat while being muted in-game.
Do not beg for Staff if you are rejected. Applications get checked every weekend
Dishonest trades or transactions causing one player to lose items, coins, or other things of value.
To avoid being scammed, carefully check item descriptions on trades and ensure you trust others you interact with. Please stay informed and be wary of other players to ensure you are not tricked into losing your items or gems.
